One can live an hour outside Tokyo, build a house nicer than that w bigger bedrooms, deck, gym, a large yard, garden etc... with views of mountains etc.... for.... half the price.

modern apartments have incomplete layouts, they all lack an office room where people can set their work station to work from home and so we have to transform other spaces, like the kitchen, living room or a bedroom.

Are there any houses in Japan where the kitchen benches, bathroom hand basin, and other table surfaces are not so low? I'm not even tall and it seems like a lot of bending forward. I guess it's good practice for bowing lol

The interior space is quite nice, although I'm not so sure about the location. Sure, being close to a major transit point is definitely a benefit in you're living in Tokyo, but in terms of aesthetics, the neighborhood leaves much to be desired to put it kindly. That spiderweb of electric cabling and distribution transformer atop the utility pole being so close to my roof-deck would be a deal breaker. If I was in the market for a home in this price range, I would be looking at a neighborhood that presents as a little more upscale with more greenery and boutique shops in the nearby vicinity. Good job though. You sell it quite well. I'm sure this is the perfect spot for someone out there. Just not me.

I live in Hawaii, just so you're aware of the real estate market I'm in. I think the 3 units are overpriced not only because of the weird architecture but because I couldn't find any that was worth money.
